Our quality department has identified four stages of inspection and testing within our factory, starting from raw materials and continuing through to finished products. Modern sampling techniques are employed to ensure conformity with critical parameters such as torque testing, chain shifting, and other performance checks.
1. Raw Material Testing:
We maintain pre-defined standards for all incoming raw materials. Each batch is thoroughly tested and approved by the quality department before being cleared for production.
2. In-Process Inspection:
Inspections are conducted at regular intervals using advanced testing and inspection instruments. In-process checks are carried out at every stage of manufacturing and assembly to ensure quality consistency.
3. Final Stage Inspection:
A 100% visual inspection is conducted, and the operational efficiency of each item is verified through modern sampling techniques and precision testing equipment.
