Insulation:
The bunched conductors are insulated with a specially formulated, in-house developed PVC compound that provides high insulation resistance. Insulation is applied using modern high-speed extrusion lines with precise accuracy, ensuring consistent performance.
Sheath:
The insulated cores are laid up to form a compact core assembly. The outer sheath of the 3-core cable is made from a special abrasion-resistant PVC compound that is impervious to water, grease, and oil. This sheathing not only facilitates easy stripping but also ensures durability against mechanical abrasion during use.
